# TBS Dental vs Textdrip

The clearest difference is ratings volume: Textdrip at 150 against TBS Dental's 1. Textdrip also leads on update cadence (every 3 weeks vs every 2 months). On price, rating, review sentiment and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

TBS Dental holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Textdrip has 150 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews split almost evenly too, at 100% and 99% positive.

TBS Dental ships an update every 2 months, Textdrip every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 20, 2026 and October 21, 2026 respectively.
