# Strengthic vs Gymstro

The clearest difference is ratings volume: Gymstro at 22 against Strengthic's 3. On price, rating, update cadence and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 5.0 for Strengthic against 4.9 for Gymstro. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Gymstro has 22 ratings behind it against 3, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Strengthic ships an update fortnightly, Gymstro every 9 days. The most recent releases landed on October 4, 2026 and October 11, 2026 respectively.
