# Bippy vs Green Emoji

The clearest difference is price: Bippy at Free against Green Emoji's $0.99. Bippy also leads on update cadence (every 2 months vs every 18 months) and ratings volume (2.7K vs 2). On rating, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Bippy is free to download; Green Emoji costs $0.99 up front. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.9 for Bippy against 5.0 for Green Emoji. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Bippy has 2.7K ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two.
