# 動画保存 vs VideoClip

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: 動画保存 at none against VideoClip's 5. 動画保存 also leads on rating (5.0 vs 4.7). VideoClip's advantage is review sentiment (67% vs 42%) and ratings volume (51 vs 3). On price, update cadence, ads and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. VideoClip sells 5 in-app purchases, starting at $0.49 per 7 days. 動画保存 asks for nothing beyond the download.

動画保存 holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.7. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: VideoClip has 51 ratings behind it against 3, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 42% of 動画保存's written reviews are positive against 67% of VideoClip's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

動画保存 ships an update every 2 weeks, VideoClip every 10 days. The most recent releases landed on October 14, 2026 and October 18, 2026 respectively.
