# DriverCare CoPilot® vs Nitro PDF Pro

The clearest difference is rating: Nitro PDF Pro at 3.9 against DriverCare CoPilot®'s 1.8. Nitro PDF Pro also leads on update cadence (every 2 months vs every 53 months) and ratings volume (161 vs 6). DriverCare CoPilot®'s advantage is review sentiment (50% vs 13%) and in-app purchases (none vs 2). On price, ads and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Nitro PDF Pro sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $19.99 per year. DriverCare CoPilot® asks for nothing beyond the download.

Nitro PDF Pro holds the better App Store score, 3.9 against 1.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Nitro PDF Pro has 161 ratings behind it against 6, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 50% of DriverCare CoPilot®'s written reviews are positive against 13% of Nitro PDF Pro's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

DriverCare CoPilot® ships an update every 53 months, Nitro PDF Pro every 2 months. The most recent releases landed on October 4, 2026 and October 14, 2026 respectively.
