# MorphMarket vs Marathon Barber Studio

The clearest difference is ratings volume: MorphMarket at 1.5K against Marathon Barber Studio's 2. Marathon Barber Studio's advantage is monetization model (free vs ad-supported) and update cadence (fortnightly vs every 5 weeks). On price, rating, review sentiment and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.9 for MorphMarket against 5.0 for Marathon Barber Studio. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: MorphMarket has 1.5K ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two.
