# Dodge® vs Being Canadian

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: Dodge® at none against Being Canadian's 1. Dodge® also leads on ratings volume (24K vs 2). Being Canadian's advantage is update cadence (every 3 days vs monthly) and rating (5.0 vs 4.8). On price, ads, monetization model and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Being Canadian sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $79.00 per year. Dodge® asks for nothing beyond the download.

Being Canadian holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Dodge® has 24K ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Dodge® ships an update monthly, Being Canadian every 3 days. The most recent releases landed on November 5, 2026 and October 31, 2026 respectively.
