# To Do List Widget vs Note on Wallpaper

The clearest difference is ads: To Do List Widget at none against Note on Wallpaper's shown. To Do List Widget also leads on ratings volume (1.5K vs 16) and rating (4.5 vs 4.2). On price, review sentiment, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. To Do List Widget sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $24.99 per year and Note on Wallpaper sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

To Do List Widget holds the better App Store score, 4.5 against 4.2. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: To Do List Widget has 1.5K ratings behind it against 16, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 76% of To Do List Widget's written reviews are positive against 80% of Note on Wallpaper's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

To Do List Widget ships an update weekly, Note on Wallpaper fortnightly. Both last shipped on October 20, 2026.
