# Forms vs Secrets

The clearest difference is review sentiment: Secrets at 62% against Forms's 0%. Secrets also leads on rating (4.6 vs 3.8) and ads (none vs shown). Forms's advantage is update cadence (every 3 days vs every 5 weeks). On price, in-app purchases, monetization model and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Forms sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per month and Secrets sells 9 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Secrets holds the better App Store score, 4.6 against 3.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Secrets has 188 ratings behind it against 8, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 0% of Forms's written reviews are positive against 62% of Secrets's.

Forms ships an update every 3 days, Secrets every 5 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 20, 2026 and October 15, 2026 respectively.
