# Affirmations for You vs Positive Affirmations

The clearest difference is monetization model: Affirmations for You at free against Positive Affirmations's subscription. Affirmations for You also leads on ratings volume (3.3K vs 4) and rating (4.8 vs 4.5). Positive Affirmations's advantage is update cadence (weekly vs every 3 weeks) and review sentiment (100% vs 89%). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Affirmations for You sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $19.99 per year and Positive Affirmations sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Affirmations for You holds the better App Store score, 4.8 against 4.5. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Affirmations for You has 3.3K ratings behind it against 4, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 89% of Affirmations for You's written reviews are positive against 100% of Positive Affirmations's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Affirmations for You ships an update every 3 weeks, Positive Affirmations weekly. The most recent releases landed on November 3, 2026 and October 16, 2026 respectively.
