# Truth Social vs EdgeTilt

The clearest difference is ads: EdgeTilt at none against Truth Social's shown. EdgeTilt also leads on rating (5.0 vs 4.5) and update cadence (every 6 days vs every 3 weeks). Truth Social's advantage is ratings volume (118K vs 1) and chart position (#141 vs unranked). On price, in-app purchases, monetization model and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Truth Social sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $14.49 per month and EdgeTilt sells 9 in-app purchases, starting at $5.79 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

EdgeTilt holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.5. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Truth Social has 118K ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Truth Social ships an update every 3 weeks, EdgeTilt every 6 days. The most recent releases landed on November 4, 2026 and October 31, 2026 respectively.
