Keep in touch with clinical or study staff by filling out relevant questionnaires in the app to document your therapy progress or contribute with valuable information for treatment and research. Health data may be transferred to your clinic/facility through Apple Health, but only if they choose to allow it and you have personally consented to its use. All data is transferred and stored encrypted and the app is unlocked by a password or biometric features such as fingerprint or face scan. You will receive your personal access data from your participating clinic/facility. --- The collection, storage and processing of your personal health information and other personal data in the context of use of the app is carried out by the facility where you are receiving treatment and thus falls under the sole responsibility of your treating facility.
