# Petlibro vs AIR PET

The clearest difference is rating: Petlibro at 4.5 against AIR PET's 2.8. Petlibro also leads on update cadence (weekly vs every 2 months) and ratings volume (7.4K vs 268). AIR PET's advantage is in-app purchases (none vs 12) and review sentiment (29% vs 13%). On price, ads and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Petlibro sells 11 in-app purchases, starting at $5.99 per month. AIR PET asks for nothing beyond the download.

Petlibro holds the better App Store score, 4.5 against 2.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Petlibro has 7.4K ratings behind it against 268, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 13% of Petlibro's written reviews are positive against 29% of AIR PET's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Petlibro ships an update weekly, AIR PET every 2 months. The most recent releases landed on October 29, 2026 and October 21, 2026 respectively.
