# Vivepass vs Tres E

The clearest difference is update cadence: Tres E at every 3 weeks against Vivepass's every 2 months. Vivepass's advantage is device support (3 vs 1). On price, ads, in-app purchases and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Vivepass ships an update every 2 months, Tres E every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 1, 2026 and October 13, 2026 respectively.
