# HopSkipDrive CareDriver vs GoZippRide

The clearest difference is rating: HopSkipDrive CareDriver at 4.8 against GoZippRide's 3.7. HopSkipDrive CareDriver also leads on ratings volume (7.9K vs 6). GoZippRide's advantage is review sentiment (100% vs 58%) and monetization model (free vs free with in-app purchases). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

HopSkipDrive CareDriver holds the better App Store score, 4.8 against 3.7. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: HopSkipDrive CareDriver has 7.9K ratings behind it against 6, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 58% of HopSkipDrive CareDriver's written reviews are positive against 100% of GoZippRide's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

HopSkipDrive CareDriver ships an update fortnightly, GoZippRide every 4 days. The most recent releases landed on October 30, 2026 and October 24, 2026 respectively.
