# Stakeout vs Park Pilot

The clearest difference is update cadence: Park Pilot at every 6 days against Stakeout's every 2 months. Stakeout's advantage is ratings volume (7K vs 2) and chart position (#32 vs unranked). On price, rating, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Stakeout sells 5 in-app purchases, starting at $9.99 per month and Park Pilot sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $4.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.9 for Stakeout against 5.0 for Park Pilot. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Stakeout has 7K ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Stakeout ships an update every 2 months, Park Pilot every 6 days. The most recent releases landed on October 27, 2026 and October 24, 2026 respectively.
