# TA Hours vs BimmerUtility

The clearest difference is update cadence: BimmerUtility at every 2 months against TA Hours's every 41 months. BimmerUtility also leads on review sentiment (20% vs 0%) and ratings volume (23 vs 2). On price, rating, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

TA Hours holds the better App Store score, 3.5 against 3.3. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: BimmerUtility has 23 ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 0% of TA Hours's written reviews are positive against 20% of BimmerUtility's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

TA Hours ships an update every 41 months, BimmerUtility every 2 months. The most recent releases landed on September 25, 2026 and October 12, 2026 respectively.
