# Actions vs Depth

The clearest difference is ratings volume: Actions at 516 against Depth's 1. Actions also leads on update cadence (monthly vs every 6 months). Depth's advantage is rating (5.0 vs 4.8) and iOS requirement (16.0 vs 26.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Depth holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Actions has 516 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Actions ships an update monthly, Depth every 6 months. The most recent releases landed on October 24, 2026 and September 18, 2026 respectively.
