# Morse Chat vs Museum&

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: Museum& at none against Morse Chat's 1. Museum& also leads on rating (5.0 vs 4.7) and update cadence (every 4 weeks vs every 2 months). Morse Chat's advantage is ratings volume (500 vs 1). On price, ads, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Morse Chat sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Museum& asks for nothing beyond the download.

Museum& holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.7. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Morse Chat has 500 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Morse Chat ships an update every 2 months, Museum& every 4 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 30, 2026 and October 7, 2026 respectively.
