# Darksy vs Check Link

The clearest difference is rating: Check Link at 5.0 against Darksy's 4.4. Check Link also leads on iOS requirement (12.0 vs 16.0). Darksy's advantage is monetization model (free with in-app purchases vs subscription) and ratings volume (6.7K vs 7). On price and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Darksy sells 10 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per 7 days and Check Link sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Check Link holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.4. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Darksy has 6.7K ratings behind it against 7, so its average is the more settled of the two.
