# HLTH vs THMA Events

The clearest difference is rating: HLTH at 4.0 against THMA Events's 3.0. HLTH also leads on update cadence (fortnightly vs every 3 months) and ratings volume (230 vs 2). THMA Events's advantage is monetization model (free vs ad-supported). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

HLTH holds the better App Store score, 4.0 against 3.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: HLTH has 230 ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two.

HLTH ships an update fortnightly, THMA Events every 3 months. The most recent releases landed on October 21, 2026 and October 16, 2026 respectively.
