Image Converter's advantage is update cadence (every 4 weeks vs every 2 months). On price, ads, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Image Converter sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per 7 days. Size Image asks for nothing beyond the download.

Size Image holds the better App Store score, 4.5 against 4.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Size Image has 140 ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two.
