# Smart Home Widgets vs Focus

The clearest difference is update cadence: Focus at every 11 days against Smart Home Widgets's every 2 months. Smart Home Widgets's advantage is device support (4 vs 2). On price, ads, in-app purchases and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Smart Home Widgets sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and Focus sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Smart Home Widgets ships an update every 2 months, Focus every 11 days. The most recent releases landed on November 3, 2026 and October 31, 2026 respectively.
