# Luminotes vs Note

The clearest difference is iOS requirement: Luminotes at 12.4 against Note's 17.0. On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Luminotes sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per month and Note sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
