# App Activity Viewer vs App Activity Report

The clearest difference is rating: App Activity Report at 3.7 against App Activity Viewer's 3.0. App Activity Viewer's advantage is in-app purchases (none vs 1) and review sentiment (67% vs 50%). On price, ratings volume, ads and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. App Activity Report sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. App Activity Viewer asks for nothing beyond the download.

App Activity Report holds the better App Store score, 3.7 against 3.0. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 4 and 10 respectively. Written reviews complicate that: 67% of App Activity Viewer's written reviews are positive against 50% of App Activity Report's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
