# Stretch Authority vs Daily Stretch

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: Stretch Authority at none against Daily Stretch's 3. Stretch Authority also leads on rating (4.7 vs 4.5). Daily Stretch's advantage is ratings volume (190 vs 7) and update cadence (every 4 days vs every 10 days). On price, ads, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Daily Stretch sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $12.99 per month. Stretch Authority asks for nothing beyond the download.

Stretch Authority holds the better App Store score, 4.7 against 4.5. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Daily Stretch has 190 ratings behind it against 7, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 50% of Stretch Authority's written reviews are positive against 60% of Daily Stretch's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Stretch Authority ships an update every 10 days, Daily Stretch every 4 days. The most recent releases landed on October 8, 2026 and October 21, 2026 respectively.
