# Bug Identifier vs AI Snake Identifier

The clearest difference is rating: Bug Identifier at 4.3 against AI Snake Identifier's 1.0. Bug Identifier also leads on ads (none vs shown) and update cadence (every 4 weeks vs every 5 months). On price, in-app purchases, monetization model and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Bug Identifier sells 14 in-app purchases, starting at $7.99 per month and AI Snake Identifier sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $7.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Bug Identifier holds the better App Store score, 4.3 against 1.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Bug Identifier has 8.9K ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Bug Identifier ships an update every 4 weeks, AI Snake Identifier every 5 months. The most recent releases landed on October 31, 2026 and October 24, 2026 respectively.
