# iTheme vs Framely

The clearest difference is ads: Framely at none against iTheme's shown. iTheme's advantage is device support (3 vs 1) and iOS requirement (14.0 vs 26.0). On price, update cadence and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. iTheme sells 5 in-app purchases, starting at $6.99 per 7 days and Framely sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

iTheme ships an update fortnightly, Framely monthly. Both last shipped on October 24, 2026.
