Speak instead of typing. Arbeitsbericht turns a voice note into a clean German work report (Arbeitsbericht, Rapport, Regiebericht) as a PDF in seconds, with your letterhead and your customer's signature. Made for tradespeople in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. HOW IT WORKS 1. Record: tap the button and describe the job in your own words, in German. 2. Check: AI sorts your note into labour with hours and materials with quantities. Every line can be edited with a tap. 3. Sign & send: the customer signs on the screen; send the PDF by WhatsApp, email or save it to Files. FEATURES • German speech input with a live transcript, also for long reports • Labour and materials split automatically, with total hours • Customer signature on the iPhone, plus your own signature saved once • PDF with company name, address, VAT ID and phone • Notes, PDF preview and a history of every report • Light and dark mode, iPhone and iPad YOUR DATA STAYS WITH YOU Reports are stored on your iPhone. No account, no sign-up. SUBSCRIPTION Try everything free for 3 days. Then: Basic monthly (up to 100 reports a month), Pro monthly (up to 200) or yearly (up to 100 a month). Current prices are shown in the app and on the App Store. The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the period; manage or cancel it in your App Store settings. The app and its PDFs are in German.
