# Countdown Widget Timer vs Almost

The clearest difference is rating: Almost at 5.0 against Countdown Widget Timer's 4.6. Countdown Widget Timer's advantage is ratings volume (484 vs 2) and iOS requirement (15.0 vs 18.0). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Countdown Widget Timer sells 7 in-app purchases, starting at $3.99 per 7 days and Almost sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Countdown Widget Timer ships an update every 6 weeks, Almost every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 12, 2026 and October 7, 2026 respectively.
