The clearest difference is update cadence: JomPrEP at every 6 weeks against Centralive's every 3 months. JomPrEP also leads on iOS requirement (11.0 vs 16.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

JomPrEP ships an update every 6 weeks, Centralive every 3 months. The most recent releases landed on September 12, 2026 and October 7, 2026 respectively.
