# GESS vs MESOMATRIX

The clearest difference is update cadence: MESOMATRIX at weekly against GESS's every 3 weeks. GESS's advantage is device support (3 vs 1) and iOS requirement (13.0 vs 17.0). On price, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

GESS ships an update every 3 weeks, MESOMATRIX weekly. The most recent releases landed on September 24, 2026 and October 6, 2026 respectively.
