# INKBIRD vs BRmesh

The clearest difference is rating: INKBIRD at 3.7 against BRmesh's 2.4. INKBIRD also leads on ratings volume (6.9K vs 286) and iOS requirement (13.0 vs 15.6). On price, review sentiment, update cadence and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

INKBIRD holds the better App Store score, 3.7 against 2.4. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: INKBIRD has 6.9K ratings behind it against 286, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 23% of INKBIRD's written reviews are positive against 25% of BRmesh's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Both ship on a similar rhythm, roughly fortnightly. The most recent releases landed on October 20, 2026 and October 19, 2026 respectively.
