# Sidekick Tools vs Support Snap

The clearest difference is rating: Sidekick Tools at 4.7 against Support Snap's 4.0. Sidekick Tools also leads on ratings volume (2.3K vs 4) and update cadence (every 10 days vs monthly). Support Snap's advantage is in-app purchases (none vs 5) and review sentiment (67% vs 49%). On price, ads, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Sidekick Tools sells 5 in-app purchases, starting at $34.99 per month. Support Snap asks for nothing beyond the download.

Sidekick Tools holds the better App Store score, 4.7 against 4.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Sidekick Tools has 2.3K ratings behind it against 4, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 49% of Sidekick Tools's written reviews are positive against 67% of Support Snap's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Sidekick Tools ships an update every 10 days, Support Snap monthly. Both last shipped on October 2, 2026.
