# Scratch Quest vs Lottery

The clearest difference is ads: Scratch Quest at none against Lottery's shown. Scratch Quest also leads on update cadence (monthly vs every 9 months) and rating (4.8 vs 4.4). Lottery's advantage is review sentiment (100% vs 67%). On price, ratings volume, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Scratch Quest sells 10 one-off in-app purchases and Lottery sells 6 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Scratch Quest holds the better App Store score, 4.8 against 4.4. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 185 and 210 respectively. Written reviews complicate that: 67% of Scratch Quest's written reviews are positive against 100% of Lottery's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Scratch Quest ships an update monthly, Lottery every 9 months. Both last shipped on October 27, 2026.
