# True Classic vs ReSHIRT

The clearest difference is monetization model: ReSHIRT at free against True Classic's free with in-app purchases. ReSHIRT also leads on iOS requirement (15.1 vs 18.0). True Classic's advantage is ratings volume (14K vs 2). On price, rating, update cadence and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.9 for True Classic against 5.0 for ReSHIRT. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: True Classic has 14K ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Both ship on a similar rhythm, roughly every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 28, 2026 and October 9, 2026 respectively.
