# FlowGarage vs SCGC

The clearest difference is ratings volume: FlowGarage at 3.2K against SCGC's 1. FlowGarage also leads on update cadence (monthly vs every 4 months). SCGC's advantage is rating (5.0 vs 4.8) and device support (3 vs 1). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

SCGC holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: FlowGarage has 3.2K ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

FlowGarage ships an update monthly, SCGC every 4 months. The most recent releases landed on October 15, 2026 and October 7, 2026 respectively.
