# Better Buzz vs El Chingon

The clearest difference is update cadence: El Chingon at every 2 weeks against Better Buzz's every 3 months. Better Buzz's advantage is ratings volume (14K vs 2) and chart position (#178 vs unranked). On price, rating, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.9 for Better Buzz against 5.0 for El Chingon. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Better Buzz has 14K ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Better Buzz ships an update every 3 months, El Chingon every 2 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 21, 2026 and October 14, 2026 respectively.
