# Owlet Dream vs Beacon

The clearest difference is review sentiment: Beacon at 91% against Owlet Dream's 17%. Beacon also leads on rating (4.9 vs 4.6). Owlet Dream's advantage is ratings volume (43K vs 495) and chart position (#13 vs unranked). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Owlet Dream sells 17 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per month and Beacon sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Beacon holds the better App Store score, 4.9 against 4.6.
