# Haile Training vs Supernormal

The clearest difference is update cadence: Supernormal at weekly against Haile Training's every 6 weeks. Haile Training's advantage is iOS requirement (16.2 vs 26.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Haile Training sells 6 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per 7 days and Supernormal sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $3.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
