# Decibels vs NetHelp

The clearest difference is update cadence: NetHelp at every 3 days against Decibels's every 30 months. On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Decibels sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $3.99 per month and NetHelp sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $2.99 per year. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Decibels ships an update every 30 months, NetHelp every 3 days. The most recent releases landed on October 12, 2026 and October 11, 2026 respectively.
