# Teleprompter vs Teleprompter App

The clearest difference is review sentiment: Teleprompter App at 93% against Teleprompter's 12%. Teleprompter App also leads on rating (4.8 vs 4.5). Teleprompter's advantage is ads (none vs shown) and chart position (#156 vs unranked). On price, update cadence, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Teleprompter sells 18 in-app purchases, starting at $9.99 per 7 days and Teleprompter App sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $6.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Both ship on a similar rhythm, roughly fortnightly. The most recent releases landed on October 24, 2026 and October 23, 2026 respectively.
