The clearest difference is monetization model: West Stride at free against OxyShred US's free with in-app purchases. West Stride also leads on iOS requirement (11.0 vs 16.4). OxyShred US's advantage is ratings volume (4.3K vs 2). On price, rating, update cadence and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 5.0 for West Stride against 4.9 for OxyShred US. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: OxyShred US has 4.3K ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two.
