# Secrets vs Lanifu

The clearest difference is review sentiment: Lanifu at 100% against Secrets's 62%. Lanifu also leads on update cadence (every 5 days vs every 5 weeks) and rating (5.0 vs 4.6). Secrets's advantage is ads (none vs shown) and ratings volume (188 vs 1). On price, in-app purchases, monetization model and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Secrets sells 9 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per month and Lanifu sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Lanifu holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.6. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Secrets has 188 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 62% of Secrets's written reviews are positive against 100% of Lanifu's.

Secrets ships an update every 5 weeks, Lanifu every 5 days. The most recent releases landed on October 15, 2026 and October 4, 2026 respectively.
