# Quantum Plus vs Sunnova

The clearest difference is rating: Quantum Plus at 4.8 against Sunnova's 3.9. Quantum Plus also leads on device support (4 vs 2). Sunnova's advantage is ratings volume (844 vs 83). On price, review sentiment, update cadence and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Quantum Plus holds the better App Store score, 4.8 against 3.9. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Sunnova has 844 ratings behind it against 83, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 0% of Quantum Plus's written reviews are positive against 6% of Sunnova's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Quantum Plus ships an update every 4 weeks, Sunnova every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on September 28, 2026 and October 10, 2026 respectively.
