# NatureDose vs TOUCH GRASS

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: NatureDose at none against TOUCH GRASS's 3. NatureDose also leads on ratings volume (674 vs 9) and rating (4.6 vs 4.2). TOUCH GRASS's advantage is ads (none vs shown) and update cadence (every 3 days vs every 6 weeks). On price, monetization model, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. TOUCH GRASS sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $6.99 per 7 days. NatureDose asks for nothing beyond the download.

NatureDose holds the better App Store score, 4.6 against 4.2. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: NatureDose has 674 ratings behind it against 9, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 64% of NatureDose's written reviews are positive against 80% of TOUCH GRASS's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

NatureDose ships an update every 6 weeks, TOUCH GRASS every 3 days. The most recent releases landed on November 7, 2026 and November 4, 2026 respectively.
