# FlexQ8 vs InterFit

The clearest difference is rating: FlexQ8 at 5.0 against InterFit's 4.4. FlexQ8 also leads on in-app purchases (none vs 1) and iOS requirement (10.0 vs 15.1). InterFit's advantage is update cadence (every 3 weeks vs every 2 months) and ratings volume (5 vs 1). On price, ads and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. InterFit sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $14.99 per month. FlexQ8 asks for nothing beyond the download.

FlexQ8 holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.4. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: InterFit has 5 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

FlexQ8 ships an update every 2 months, InterFit every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on November 3, 2026 and October 30, 2026 respectively.
