Now with Cross Platform Video Chat. Get over the clouds with FlyTexting for real privacy. Totally anonymous, all you need is a username. No file access or phone book permissions required. Have a peer to peer direct text connection on a platform that can't read your messages. FlyTexting uses experimental open source tech that provides point to point encryption by creating a peer to peer connection. Your messages do not go though our servers and aren't unencrypted texts routed through the phone network. With Real Time Texting, you can see what each other are typing in real time. This is intended to make for a more personal and conversation like experience. FlyTexting offers no plugins for bots and has a small user base. We feel this real time experience is the answer many are looking for to counter AI and phony spam messages. This is for only your closest and most personal connections. If you are looking for an alternative to big tech or phone companies, look no further. We are an independent company without funding, so no one is pulling our strings or trying to sell your data to get a return on investment. You no longer have to be annoyed watching and waiting for that bubble to turn into actual text. You can get a feel for how fast the other person is typing etc like you are in the same room. About

Moment

Features

Moment is a messenger without an inbox. You see the other person's words appear character by character, while they are still typing them — the pauses, the corrections, the sentence they started and deleted. Nothing waits to be "sent". It feels less like writing to someone and more like being in the room with them. NO ACCOUNTS There is no phone number, no email and no password. On first launch your phone generates a key, and that key is your identity. You add people by scanning a QR code or opening an invite link — there is no search, no directory, and no way for a stranger to find you. KNOCK INSTEAD OF AN INBOX When you want to talk, you knock. The other person sees it and accepts, and the channel opens for both of you at once. If they are away from the app, they get a notification that says only "someone is knocking" — no name, no text. MESSAGES DISAPPEAR Every message carries a timer, from ten seconds to five minutes. When it runs out the message is gone on both devices. Nothing is stored on any server, so there is no history to scroll back through — and nothing to hand over. END-TO-END ENCRYPTED X25519 key agreement, HKDF-SHA256, AES-GCM. Keys are generated for each session and live in memory only. The channel address is derived from both keys and changes every day. Compare the safety code out loud to be sure nobody is in between. WHAT THIS COSTS YOU Because there is no account, there is nothing to restore. If you lose the phone, you add your contacts again. That is the price of a messenger that cannot be made to hand over your conversations, because it never has them. Try the built-in demo conversation first — it shows what live typing looks like without a second phone.
