# SmartConnect vs ESP

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: SmartConnect at none against ESP's 1. SmartConnect also leads on device support (3 vs 1) and iOS requirement (9.0 vs 16.0). On price and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. ESP sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. SmartConnect asks for nothing beyond the download.
