# 2Fit vs Performance Rock

The clearest difference is update cadence: Performance Rock at every 3 months against 2Fit's every 9 months. Performance Rock also leads on iOS requirement (12.0 vs 15.1). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

2Fit ships an update every 9 months, Performance Rock every 3 months. The most recent releases landed on October 1, 2026 and September 22, 2026 respectively.
